STOP your tithing! That’s right. Just stop it. Why? Because we are New Testament Christians, not Old Testament Jews in ancient Israel living under Mosaic Law. Learn biblical principles for Christian giving in the New Testament era. Give properly, not as a duty but voluntarily, with a pure motive of love and out of a desire to advance the Kingdom of God, with joy in your heart. Please God, be free from bondage and burden, and lose the guilt. Giving ought to and can be a blessing, not a burden! Give what you want, when you want, because you want to give, not because you have to give. Because you don’t!
